Shipping, Returns & Refunds

• We have two storage locations, one in the US and a second overseas one in Armenia. As the majority of our customers are in Eurasia (Europe, Russia, Armenia, Middle East), we have relocated most of our inventory to our overseas location in Armenia, from where most of our shipping will be made via registered air mail, with the tracking code also being provided to customers.
• All the items purchased from our website can be returned within 14 days after receiving the item for a full refund (less postage cost), if the item’s condition doesn’t match the description. Please return the unharmed undamaged product back to us insured for the full value. Customer are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending back the item.

Help & Technical Difficulties

• Can’t find a book?
If you cannot find a book you are looking for, please fill out the “Book Wanted” form or contact us for availability and price.

• Saving books for later review
If you want to save a book for later, there is an “Add to Watchlist” button next to each book’s listing, which adds the book to your watch list which you can access by going to the “Watchlist” section.

• Early Birds
Sign up to our Newsletter by adding your email, in order to get notified when we add a new listing or have new updates.

• Can’t view the Armenian text?
Most newer models of computers and Internet Browsing programs can identify and read the Armenian font. If you cannot view the Armenian text, your computer might be an older model or you might have incorrect settings.

• What is “Watchlist”?

If you have your eye on something but are not quite ready to commit, you can add it to your “Watchlist” while you make up your mind.

You can add up to 100 items to your “Watchlist”, so you don’t have to worry about losing track of items you’re considering to buy in the near future. You’re under no obligation to buy any of the items from your “Watchlist”.

How to use your “Watchlist”?

Add an item: Select Add to “Watchlist” beneath the buying options on the listing
View your “Watchlist”: From Menu Bar click (“Watchlist”) icon
Remove an item from “Watchlist”: From your “Watchlist” page simply click “Remove” button
